Scumbag COP TURNS OFF CAMERA so he can viciously assault a defenseless person. Clearly he KNEW he would get away with this. The piece of shit was fired immediately because his superiors knew EXACTLY what kind of trash cop they had on their hands and that he had just committed a violent FELONY! They wanted DISTANCE from him and fast in hopes this would be forgotten.
