This is a ViewLoader Evlution 2 paintball loader with Y-Board. I'm doing a drop test with 100 paintballs to show how fast it is. Not sure how fast it was going in the video because I was on low battery but the box says "Feeds up to 19 Balls per Second. And I know its not the best hopper in the world you don't have to tell me.
