To begin to see the whole picture of the current world Geo-Political situation it is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of the issues discussed in this documentary.
The prevalence of the Neo-Con faction within the Anglo/American ruling class and their use of False-Flag terror attacks as pretexts for war are but a symptom of the insanity with which these factions (who have the reins of power at this time) are dealing with the phenomenon of Peak Oil. Unless this is understood then only half the picture is seen.
