He was later pronounced dead as results of the stun gun use. The video was taken by Paul Pritchard shows the use of excessive force by the cops. It appears like Robert Dziekanski was tasered four or five times. The recording was taken from Paul Pritchard by the police and it wasn't until he threatened a legal action that it was returned to him and he subsequently released it. Robert Dziekanski was 40 years of age and was immigrating to Canada to join his mother who lives in British Columbia (BC). This was the first time Robert Dziekanski has flown. Four RCMP officers confronted agitated Polish man and used taser gun to subdue him. Robert Dziekanski did not speak any English. "Probably the most disturbing part is one of the officers uses his leg and his knee to pin his neck and his head to the ground," Pritchard told CBC News.
