This is a friend's home video of lancing a large, deep sebaceous cyst full of pus and other unmentionables (yummy). Many people have commented their theories but it WAS a sebaceous cyst which is basically a large clogged/infected sweat gland that takes years to reach this point. The 'patient' was feeling pain over the weekend so instead of waiting to get it lanced their grandmother with prior medical experience did it at home (next day went to the doctor to get it cleaned). His brother, mother, and friend (filming) are in the background.
