These Singapore Bus Service wardens were having breakfast while their vehicles were parked on unbroken double yellow lines. Yet, they issued a summons to me because I temporarily stopped my vehicle 2 meters behind their motorcycles to buy fruit from the store beside the coffee shop which they were having breakfast.
