This is the routine I go through every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 20 incline bench presses and 5 curls. I went from 25 pounds (11.36 kilos) a couple of months ago to the 45 pounds (20.45 kilos) that I am lifting now. When my reps get up to 30 and 15 I will add ten more pounds which is all I own. I can't wait to start lifting 55 pounds (25 kilos).
