This was our record of finding unexploded and live mortar rounds filled with nerve agents in Iraq. We ran two tests on it, an electronic scan and a paper, sort of litmus test. We thought, in our limited knowledge, that the results were conclusive, and that we were finding the first of many of the alleged WMDs we were fighting about.
