This contest is held by Josh Rimer (''the sponsor'') and is open to all registered users of the YouTube website (excluding those in Quebec, Canada) who are of the age of majority in the province or state in which they reside. To enter, post a comment on this video. There is no entry limit per person.
The current contest closes each time a total of 5000 new comments have been posted. A random draw will take place within 48 hours of the end of each set of 5000 comments to determine the winner. The selected potential prize winner will be notified by email message through their YouTube user account. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, another potential winner will be selected. To be determined as a winner, the potential winner will have to answer a skill testing question. Chances of winning will depend on the number of times entrants add a comment to the video. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada.
The is no prize limit per individual or household. All decisions made, by the appointed contest judges, are final and without right of appeal with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.
There are 10 prizes of $100 US payable in the form of a money order that will be sent by registered/trackable mail after validation of the winners name, address and majority status.
The sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the contest or terminate it at any time, without prior notice if required. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, fraud, technical failures or any other reason beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, including selecting winners and/or additional winners from previously received valid entries.
The sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising materials, internet postings, these contest rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the prize. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any failure, problems or technical malfunction of any computer systems or networks or other systems, equipment or facilities relating to, or used in connection with, the contest. The sponsor does not accept any responsibility for entries which are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, or illegible, for any reason whatsoever.
By entering this contest, all selected entrants consent and agree to the use of their name, for any advertising, publicity and marketing purposes, without compensation from the contest sponsor.
