I am a serious bodybuilder. I train bicepts every day. Here is my routine :
Monday : bicepts
Tuesday : bicepts and some tricepts
Wednesday : bicepts peaking exercices
Thursday : bicepts and some abs
Friday : bicepts and some pecs
Saturday : extreme bicepts supersets
Sunday : dumbell curls at home
I like having hyuggge pumps in my bicepts.
